Stray is a unique adventure game that puts players in the role of a lost stray cat in a dystopian city. Developed by BlueTwelve Studio and published by Annapurna Interactive, the game offers a unique gaming experience from the perspective of a cat. Initially released in July 2022 on PlayStation and PC, the game was later ported to Xbox and Nintendo Switch.

On the journey to find the way home, the stray cat falls into a mysterious forgotten city, where only humanoid robots live. The game setting is inspired by the legendary Kowloon Walled City, with narrow alleys, dilapidated skyscrapers, and bright neon lights creating a unique cyberpunk atmosphere.

Along with the companion B-12 – an intelligent flying drone, players will explore the dark secrets behind the city's survival. B-12 not only helps communicate with robots but also supports hacking electronic devices, storing items, and illuminating in the dark. B-12's memory is also the key to uncovering the city's mysterious past.

Players will experience the realistic control mechanism of a cat – from graceful jumps, slipping through gaps, climbing to scratching objects or taking naps. The game has a separate meow button to interact with the environment, along with lively animations motion captured from real cats.

On the journey, players will face dangers from the mutated creatures Zurks and the Sentinel guardian robots. The gameplay focuses on stealth and smart evasion, sometimes using B-12's Defluxor for self-defense. There are also many hidden areas, interesting puzzles, and collectible items to explore.

The game environment is meticulously constructed with the smallest details, from flashing neon signs to old wooden benches. Players can customize the cat's fur color, explore many secret areas, and interact with charismatic robot characters. Each robot has its own story, contributing to enriching the game's storyline.
