Path of Exile 2 is a new generation action role-playing game from the developer Grinding Gear Games. The game allows players to cooperate with up to 6 people simultaneously in the dark world of Wraeclast – a land full of ancient mysteries and lurking dangers. An evil threat that was once defeated has now returned, driving humans into madness and poisoning the land with the power of Corruption.

The game brings a new campaign with 6 chapters, 100 different environments, 600 monsters, and 100 final bosses. Impressive realistic graphics along with a completely new combat system will bring an unprecedented experience for fans of the ARPG game genre.

Diverse character system
Path of Exile 2 offers 12 characters representing different combinations of the three elements Strength, Dexterity, and Intelligence. Each character class focuses on a distinct playstyle but is only a starting point. Players can combine skills from multiple classes to create the ideal character build.

Each character class has three Ascendancy specializations, creating a total of 36 Ascendancy classes to choose from. This opens up countless different character build options, catering to every playstyle.

Revolutionary Skill Gem system
The game features 240 Skill Gems that provide powerful attack skills and 200 Support Gems that modify how they work. Combine them to create the perfect build for your character. This is the next generation of Path of Exile's famous skill system.

Support Gems are now directly linked to Skill Gems, eliminating many difficulties from the old system while maintaining depth. Players can connect six links for every character skill used, greatly increasing combat effectiveness.

Skill tree with Dual Specialisation feature
The iconic skill tree of Path of Exile returns with 1,500 skills allowing complete customization of the gameplay experience. Now, it features Dual Specialisation – the ability to allocate skill points to two different skill sets.

Skills will be activated when using the appropriate weapon or skill type. For example, players can allocate points to both daggers and traps, or ice and lightning, and when switching between attacks, the appropriate skill points will be applied.

Discover completely new items
Path of Exile 2 has 700 basic types of equipment and each type has unique items to find. Players can upgrade their weapon inventory with new types of weapons such as Spear, Crossbow, and Mace, along with additional items like Focus, Trap, and redesigned Sceptre.

The crafting system has also been improved, allowing players to create powerful items suitable for their build. Hunting and crafting equipment has become an essential important part of the game experience.

Confronting the unique final boss
In Path of Exile 2, each area of the Campaign has a boss fight. There are more than 100 final bosses to fight as you go through the Acts and all have unique mechanics to learn.

The bosses are meticulously designed with different shapes, skills, and attack styles, requiring players to continuously adapt and develop new strategies. Each battle is a thrilling and intense challenge.
Explore the challenging Endgame
Completing the campaign is just the first step. The endgame in Path of Exile 2 includes countless areas with different ecosystems, a powerful crafting system, challenging bosses, and a lot of rich content.

As players progress through the endgame, they will gain access to special skill trees that can increase rewards from maps and change how endgame mechanics work. Path of Exile 2 introduces the next parts of many leagues from the original Path of Exile with familiar mechanics but new monsters, bosses, rewards, and progression.
Fair-To-Play Policy
Path of Exile 2 is a separate game from the original Path of Exile. The developer will continue to provide expansions for both games in the future. Most importantly, these games will never be pay to win. Purchases are shared between the two games.

Players can enjoy the experience completely free of charge or choose to purchase cosmetic items that do not affect gameplay. This ensures fairness for all players, regardless of how much they spend.
