Back 4 Blood is a co-op first-person shooter game developed by Turtle Rock Studios - the team that created the famous Left 4 Dead series. The game puts players in a battle for survival against humans infected with parasites that have transformed into terrifying creatures called Ridden, with the mission of protecting what's left of human civilization.

The plot of Back 4 Blood takes place in a post-apocalyptic context, when most of the world's population has been transformed into a Ridden monster by a parasite. Players play the Cleaners - survivors who are immune to viruses, fighting to protect Fort Hope - the last bastion of humanity. Your mission is not only to survive but also to find ways to repel this dangerous pandemic.

Campaign co-op mode is the main experience of the game, allowing up to 4 players to participate. Players can choose 1 of 8 Cleaners characters with unique stories and special abilities. Missions range from rescuing survivors, gathering resources to destroying Ridden dens, with difficulty increasing with each chapter, creating a dramatic co-op experience.

The weapon and equipment system in the game is extremely rich with more than 30 types of guns ranging from pistols, rifles to heavy machine guns. Players can customize weapons with accessories such as scopes, grips, and silencers to fit their personal fighting style. Each gun has its own unique shooting feel and effectiveness in different situations.

Competitive PvP mode called Swarm allows 8 players divided into 2 teams to compete head-to-head. One side controls the Cleaners with their own perks, the other side plays the Ridden monster with unique skills. Each faction has a specialized weapon system and abilities, creating intense, balanced matches that require high coordination.

The highlight of the game is the rogue-lite style Card System, allowing players to build decks of cards with different effects and benefits. Each time you play, players will draw and use these cards to increase their power, creating countless unique character builds. Game Director AI continuously adjusts difficulty and enemy count based on play style, ensuring every playthrough is a fresh experience.

The special Ridden types in the game have unique and dangerous designs, from Tallboys with giant arms, Hockers that can jump long distances and shoot webs, to mutated bosses up to 6 meters tall. Each type has its own strengths and ways of dealing with it, requiring players to coordinate and have appropriate strategies to survive against the endless waves of monsters.
