Star Wars Outlaws is the first open-world action-adventure game in the Star Wars universe, set between the events of The Empire Strikes Back and Return of the Jedi. Players will take on the role of Kay Vess, a cunning scoundrel and his companion Nix, traveling across the galaxy in search of freedom and a chance to change their lives.

The game allows players to freely explore many diverse planets such as Tatooine, Kijimi and new environments. Each location offers unique challenges, secret treasures, and unique adventure opportunities. The map system is designed with minimal icons, encouraging players to proactively explore naturally instead of being led.

Dynamic combat system flexibly combines melee combat and long-range blaster attacks with many different shooting modes. Kay possesses the unique Adrenaline ability that slows time to perform precise tactical attacks. Stealth mechanics also play an important role, allowing players to choose the appropriate approach – either sneak in secretly or confront enemies head-on.

The game has four main factions – Ashiga Clan, Crimson Dawn, Hutt Cartel and Pyke Syndicate. Each faction offers unique missions, which directly affect Kay's reputation in the underworld. Players can flexibly switch alliances during missions, thereby influencing gameplay and plot developments in many different directions.

Nix plays an indispensable companion in Kay's journey. This small creature has the ability to distract enemies, steal important items and provide effective support in stealth phases. Players can upgrade Nix's various abilities over time, turning it into a more effective support tool.

The game has a diverse mission system with tense theft missions, breaking into secret facilities or confronting criminal gangs. Each player's choice and action affects reputation, thereby opening or closing new opportunities in the adventure.

Players can control the Trailblazer spaceship to participate in intense dogfights with the Empire and other forces. The flight system is designed in detail with chase, dodge and attack mechanisms, requiring players to master control skills to gain an advantage.

Instead of a traditional leveling system, players unlock new skills through interactions with experienced experts scattered across the galaxy. This encourages exploration of the game world and deep interaction with characters not only to upgrade them but also to learn more about the rich story of the Star Wars universe.

The game creates a lively Star Wars world with bustling cities, crowded bars, secret criminal bases and many exciting side activities. Players can participate in thrilling speeder racing, play Sabacc to earn credits, or simply explore new locations to find opportunities to get rich and gain honor in the criminal world.
