At NEOGKEY, refunds are only applicable when the account or digital product provided has verified issues that prevent normal access or usage.
Refunds are granted only if the account or key has technical issues directly related to the product delivered (e.g., invalid key, inaccessible account upon delivery).
NEOGKEY does not offer refunds for issues caused by:
The customer’s device or system configuration
Incorrect installation or improper setup
Software conflicts or third-party programs
Network, VPN, firewall, or region-related restrictions
User mistakes or failure to follow provided instructions
Any errors not directly related to the account or key supplied
If the product functions correctly but issues arise from the customer’s environment or usage, refunds will not be approved.
For digital software products, subscriptions, or licensed digital tools, refunds are only applicable if:
The account cannot be accessed upon delivery
The product is proven invalid or non-functional at the time of activation
Refunds will not be granted for:
Change of mind after delivery
Compatibility issues with the customer’s device
Account misuse, policy violations, or unauthorized modifications
Subscription cancellation requests after successful activation
Some digital products include warranty coverage based on the purchased subscription package. However, refund eligibility is strictly limited to verified product-related faults.
