1. Do I have to use a pre-made account from the shop?
No. The shop will upgrade your own account to YouTube Premium.
After purchasing, simply click the Family invitation link to activate Premium on your account.
2. What should I do after purchasing?

Click the link to accept the invitation. Please check your email to join the Family plan.
3. Can I renew the service after it expires?
Yes, you can purchase a renewal package to continue using the service.
However, according to Google’s policy, an account can only join a maximum of 2 different families within one year.
To ensure uninterrupted usage with one YouTube account, we recommend choosing the 1-year package.
If you choose the 6-month package, you can only renew it twice consecutively.
You can also contact Customer Support 1–2 days before expiration, and we may help renew the same family plan so you don’t need to switch families.
4. What if I accidentally leave the Family or use the wrong Google account?
You can contact our support team via Fanpage, and we will assist you in switching to another account.
5. How many devices can log in to a YouTube Premium account?
Your YouTube account can be used on multiple devices.
Google does not provide an exact limit, but in practice using around 5 devices works normally.
6. Can other members in the family see my Google account information?
No. Your personal information is completely private.
The Family plan only shares the YouTube Premium subscription, and other members cannot access your personal data.
7. Can I use a company or school email to join the family?
Emails managed by G-Suite / Google Workspace administrators cannot join Family plans.
Please use a personal Google account.
8. When does the subscription time start?
The subscription period starts from the time of purchase.
We recommend joining the Family immediately after buying to avoid losing usage days.
9. Can I upgrade another Google account instead of the one used for purchase?
Yes. After opening the invite link, simply click “Switch account” to choose the Google account you want to upgrade.
10. Can I get a discount if I don’t need YouTube Music?
No. YouTube Music Premium is included by default in the plan and cannot be removed for a discount.
11. Will my YouTube playlists transfer to YouTube Music?
Yes. Your music playlists will automatically appear in YouTube Music.
12. Can YouTube Music play on multiple devices at the same time?
Yes. YouTube Music allows simultaneous playback on multiple devices, unlike some other music services that limit playback to one device at a time.
