No. Spotify is a streaming service only, and its licensing does not allow exporting music outside the application.

7. Can Spotify be used on multiple devices?
Yes. You can log in on up to 5 devices, but music can only play on one device at a time.
8. Can I transfer playlists from an old account?
Yes. You can transfer playlists by following Spotify playlist transfer guides.
9. My account already has an active Premium plan. Can I extend it?
You must cancel your current subscription or wait until it expires before purchasing this service.
10. Can I download music and listen offline?
Yes. You can download playlists and listen offline with up to 10,000 songs.
You must connect to the internet at least once every 30 days to keep downloaded songs.
11. What region will my account be after activation?
Your account may be changed to another region after activation.
